1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Verso ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within the App (bookmarks, notes, highlights).

4. Prohibited Uses

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Distribute copyrighted materials through the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

5. Bandwidth Sharing

Verso includes an optional bandwidth sharing feature. When enabled, the App uses a small portion of your idle internet bandwidth. This is entirely optional and can be toggled off at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its content are owned by Verso and protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access immediately for breach of these Terms.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

Verso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
